Corbin’s T-R-3-FLIP Rumble Seat is made specifically for Triumph Rocket III (2004-2019).

Corbin Rumble Seat for Triumph Rocket III.
Will fit the 2008 Rocket 3 model, but the 2008 Rocket 3 Touring model is different.
Installation: Saddle mounts using two included chrome bolts through a bracket on each side of the seat and into the Corbin bracket mounted to your fender. This setup is designed to provide enough strength to handle use of the flip up passenger backrest. As such, the stock Triumph seat lock is not used.

Notice we do not use a snorkel over the airbox and instead let the bike pull air from the entire under seat area. Since the Corbin saddle rides on rubber bumpers and features a rigid basepan, there is no hazard of restriction to the airbox. Shaping of the seat basepan will keep water from entering the airbox while seat is installed… unless you really do something silly! We recommend removing the seat from the bike when washing. In the case of the Rocket III, remember to cover your airbox when doing this to stop water from getting in!

Rumble seat has not been tested to work with any sissy bar or other passenger backrest assembly.

We have re-engineered our exclusive design that offers you the best of both worlds… Slick solo looks and passenger capability with a flip of the wrist. Convenient and easy to use, this seat design features an all new hinge mechanism that secures the passenger fold down backrest in either position effortlessly. Just fold it up or down and you’re ready to roll in style. Naturally, the saddle looks great in either position and is finished in your choice of styles for a totally custom look.

For solo cruising, the passenger rest provides a slick look similar to our original Gunfighter saddle design. When you wish to carry passengers, just fold up the rear pad to reveal a generous passenger seating area complete with backrest. Of course the passenger seat and backrest pad are constructed with our exclusive Comfort Cell foam to give excellent support and riding range. This is the most versatile seat design available for Rocketeers. On the rear of the seat we use black painted panels for a totally classy look.

Naturally, the Rumble Seat is designed for excellent rider comfort up front and is also built up of our exclusive Comfort Cell foam. Our foam material feels firm when you first ride it, but this firmness is what gives you the ability to ride great distances in comfort… long lasting support! The front seating area is ergonomically contoured to provide a larger area of body contact and excellent weight distribution. The fold down passenger rest adds extra seat height to give you additional back support and longer riding range. Passenger seating is generous and perfect for short to mid-range rides with the backrest in the flipped up position.

Rumble Seat features genuine leather seating for a perch that breathes with your body and breaks in with the foam shape. Choose from a variety of leather styles to customize the look of the saddle. In the side panels and tail, we use a coordinating vinyl to keep your foam shape tight and the saddle looking sharp longer. Leather makes an excellent cover for a motorcycle seat because it is extremely durable and luxurious to ride on. As your saddle ages, the leather will take on its own unique character just like your leather jacket does. Just be sure to care for your new saddle properly with a quality leather conditioner like our Saddle Cream.

Notice how the saddle is designed to fit perfectly to every contour of the bike. This kind of fit is available only in genuine Corbin saddles. Installation is simple and saddle includes all necessary components. Due to strength concerns, the Rumble seat does NOT work on your stock Triumph seat latch. Instead, we use a bracket that bolts to stock locations on your fender. Our saddle then mounts to that bracket. Complete installation below. Heated seats include all needed wiring for immediate installation on your bike.
